Ibrahim Dhu al-Faqari, spokesperson for Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, has announced what he described as a 'new equation' in the arena of confrontation. He declared that Iran would respond directly to any targeting of its citizens or infrastructure by the United States.
In his statement, Dhu al-Faqari asserted that the capability Iran claims to have demonstrated is now a 'definitive equation' on the battlefield. He added, 'For every martyr among our dear citizens in Islamic Iran, an American official will be sent to hell,' using stark language.
He concluded with an escalated tone, stating that the U.S. has been handed 'free, direct tickets to hell,' amid a series of reciprocal threats between the two sides.
This announcement follows previous remarks by Dhu al-Faqari warning that any targeting of Iran’s infrastructure would lead to extensive targeting of regional infrastructure. He emphasized that Iran would not allow, under any circumstances, U.S. intervention in the Strait of Hormuz, labeling it a 'red line' that cannot be crossed.
He further stated that any execution of U.S. threats to target facilities within Iran would lead to, as he put it, strikes on the remaining infrastructure in the region, marking a new escalation in Iran's military rhetoric.
