Ministry of Labor Halts Operations to Mourn Martyr Hiba Ali Sabah

The Ministry of Labor has issued the following statement: "In mourning for the late colleague Hiba Ali Sabah, an employee of the Ministry of Labor in the Nabatieh Labor Office, who was martyred along with family members in the Israeli massacre targeting a residential building in the town of Kfar Rumman, and in appreciation of her sacrifices and the tragedy that befell her family, the Ministry of Labor announces a work stoppage at its main building and all its departments and centers in the regions tomorrow, Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 11 AM till 12 noon.

This suspension coincides with the scheduled funeral ceremonies for the martyred colleague Hiba Ali Sabah at 11 AM, as an expression of solidarity from the Ministry of Labor’s administration and employees with the family of the martyr and her colleagues, to honor her spirit and remember her legacy.

May God have mercy on the martyr Hiba and all the martyrs, and grant the wounded a speedy recovery."
