There is now an opportunity to form a government capable of halting the collapse and implementing reforms, which will receive our support. Hale held Hezbollah and, by extension, Iran responsible for the lack of a stable state in Lebanon, stating that Hezbollah's illicit activities prevent the establishment of a stable state, with Iran financing this situation. He also announced America's readiness to facilitate negotiations between Lebanon and Israel regarding maritime borders and to bring in experts to assist with this issue.
