Oil prices rose today, Tuesday, as the "Brent" blend climbed above $70 per barrel, amid a sense of optimism in the markets regarding an increase in crude demand in 2021. As of 7:05 GMT, the "Brent" blend was trading above $70 per barrel for the first time since March 5, reaching $70.10 per barrel, an increase of 0.92% from the previous closing price. Meanwhile, U.S. crude "West Texas Intermediate" rose by 0.91% to $66.87 per barrel.
