Sky News Arabia reported from Iraqi sources that the commander of the Quds Force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Ismail Qaani, arrived in Baghdad from Lebanon. The sources pointed out that Qaani informed the leaders of some factions of Tehran's displeasure with certain factions straying beyond Iranian control and not adhering to the ceasefire. Sky News cited the Iraqi sources that Qaani informed the leaders of some factions about the necessity to cancel the military parade of the Popular Mobilization Forces.
