A man in Virginia, USA, threatened to execute everyone in a McDonald's restaurant if he was not given a "Happy Meal." According to Fox News, the incident occurred last week in Stanford County, Virginia.
James Springer, 36, a driver, entered the McDonald's in the morning and was calm until he became agitated when staff informed him it was too early to get a "Happy Meal" due to the time needed to prepare it. Before leaving, James stated that he would return later and execute everyone present if he did not get his meal.
In response to this threat, McDonald's employees called the police to report the situation, according to Sky News Arabia. Before police arrived at the restaurant, they received another report about a man waving a firearm inside a vehicle, which turned out to be the same individual who threatened the restaurant staff.
Police focused their search away from the restaurant to avoid potential gunfire while James returned to the restaurant and threatened another customer. Upon searching his vehicle, officers found a firearm, and he was charged with four offenses by the authorities.
