Saudi Arabia Will Not Allow Unvaccinated Individuals to Enter Commercial Centers

Saudi state television announced on Sunday, citing a decision from the Ministry of Commerce, that the Kingdom will not allow individuals who are not vaccinated against the coronavirus to enter commercial centers starting from August 1. The ministry stated, "Vaccination against COVID-19 will be a requirement for entry to commercial facilities with at least one dose." According to a Reuters tally, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has distributed 15.7 million vaccine doses so far, enough to vaccinate 23 percent of the population.
