Informed media sources revealed that Syrian artist Hadi Aswad has contracted the COVID-19 virus at his residence in Lebanon.
The sources indicated that the Syrian artist is suffering from some severe and difficult symptoms typically associated with this global pandemic, which is why his body is somewhat fatigued. He was transferred to the hospital for some tests due to low oxygen levels before returning home to implement quarantine.
Many Syrian artists have previously contracted the virus, with the first being artist Hanan Nasour, who announced her infection months ago while in Brazil. Others who got infected include Ahmad Rafe, Mustafa Khani, Mustafa Al-Mustafa, Jomana Murad, and most recently, stars Lilia and Marwa Al-Atrash. Additionally, artists Tony Moussa and Marwan Adlbi died due to complications from the virus.
It is worth mentioning that Hadi Aswad recently released a new duet with Robert Al-Asaad titled "Waghani," which is inspired by the harsh reality the world is experiencing these days.
