Italian "Eni" Explores for Gas in the UAE

The Italian energy company "Eni" signed a memorandum of understanding today, Monday, with the Gas Authority of Ras Al Khaimah to explore for natural gas in this emirate in the United Arab Emirates. The document was signed by Nishant Degi, CEO of the Ras Al Khaimah Gas Authority, and Fouad Kreikchi, representing "Eni." The signing took place in the presence of the ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, according to the Emirates News Agency "WAM." The signed memorandum allows the Italian company to explore for gas in Ras Al Khaimah.
