Qatar's Foreign Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, affirmed that mediation between Iran and other countries serves Qatar's interests. He emphasized that all Gulf leaders wish to prevent any future disagreements. On another note, the Qatari minister pointed out that Qatar is working with its neighbors to strengthen the Gulf Cooperation Council.
