German nutrition expert Henry Ciblaifs stated that vegetable juices are better than fruit juices for weight loss, due to the higher calorie content in fruit juices caused by sugars in fruits like apples, oranges, and grapes.
Ciblaifs recommended celery juice because it is low in calories, helps maintain a feeling of fullness for longer, activates digestion, and aids in weight loss. He also added that ginger juice helps burn fat, as does red beet juice.
