The former chef of Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed the secrets of the player's diet, who recently moved from Juventus to Manchester United. Renowned chef Giorgio Baron supervised Cristiano Ronaldo's diet during his time in Italy while playing for Juventus. In an interview with the British newspaper "The Mirror," Baron explained that the secret to Ronaldo's diet lies not in expensive foods, but in their healthiness. He added, "I prepared organic foods, fish, chicken, veal, eggs, avocados, coconut oil, and brown rice."
Baron indicated that Ronaldo preferred a protein-rich diet while minimizing sugars, fats, and carbohydrates. He noted that Ronaldo loved seafood such as shrimp and octopus, as well as whole grains and salads. The chef explained that he used coconut oil in Ronaldo’s meals because it helps burn calories. The Italian chef emphasized that Ronaldo's diet was coupled with rigorous training, and he made sure to eat early in the evening.
