During the ceremony, Biden said: "I must thank all the distinguished guests present here: the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and the Secretary... Secretary... Secretary... Secretary Austin."
Many users on social media commented on Biden's latest slip of the tongue, which is not the first of its kind.
