Kuwait: Renewal of Detention for 8 Defendants in Hezbollah Financing Case

The renewing detention judge ordered the continued detention of 8 defendants in the case of financing the Lebanese "Hezbollah" and rejected all requests for their release. It is worth noting that the Public Prosecution is investigating 24 defendants in the case and is awaiting its final decision, which is expected to refer them to criminal court.
