Apple announced on Tuesday that it has halted all product sales in Russia in response to the Russian war against Ukraine. The company stated, "We are deeply concerned about the Russian invasion of Ukraine and stand with all the people who are suffering as a result of the violence." It added, "We support humanitarian efforts and provide assistance for the unfolding refugee crisis, and we are doing everything we can to support our team in the region." Apple outlined several measures in response to the war, including the cessation of all exports to its sales channels in Russia. The company noted that Apple Pay and other services have been restricted. Users in Russia on Tuesday were still able to access the online Apple Store, but attempts to purchase iPhones indicated they were unavailable for delivery.
