Russia has begun work on creating a new car capable of flying, named "Tsyklokar." An official from the "Advanced Research Fund" managing the Tsyklokar project stated to Sputnik that the car is set to launch in 2022. The Tsyklokar is designed to transport six people or a load of 600 kilograms and is equipped with an electric engine. It will measure 6.2 meters in length and 6 meters in width, with a top speed of 250 kilometers per hour. The vehicle can fly for a distance of 500 kilometers, allowing it to reach cities like Nizhny Novgorod or Voronezh from Moscow by air.
One of the features of the Tsyklokar is its ability to land on inclined surfaces at angles of up to 30 degrees and adhere to vertical surfaces, distinguishing it from traditional helicopters. Operating the flying car will not be more difficult than driving modern cars, as it can be piloted from within the cabin or remotely.
