Manchester United fans stormed Old Trafford ahead of their match against Liverpool today, Sunday, in a crucial fixture of the 34th round of the Premier League. A large number of Manchester United supporters gathered outside the stadium and on the streets leading to it to protest against the management, following the announcement of the team's participation in the European Super League. The intensity of the protests escalated hours before the Liverpool match, leading some fans to invade the historic United stadium. The fans were seen demanding the American Glazer family, who owns the club, to leave due to the management's stance on the European Super League. Manchester United was among 12 European clubs that agreed to participate in the Super League, led by Florentino Pérez, who also presides over Real Madrid.
