Brent crude oil futures for the nearest maturity ended the trading session up by $1.32, or 1.95%, settling at $68.88 per barrel. Meanwhile, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures rose by $1.20, or 1.86%, to reach $65.69 per barrel at settlement.
