The production of national goods in Lebanon has increased by 25%, driven by the economic crisis that is attracting citizens to local products.
The rise in prices of imported materials has led to the disappearance of many global brands, prompting Lebanese citizens to seek national alternatives. The decline in purchasing power among Lebanese has positively impacted the production of national goods, which has risen by 25%. This has led to the success of food products, oils, beverages, paper towels, disinfectants, and household cleaners, as well as personal hygiene products, asserting themselves in the market. Had it not been for the COVID-19 pandemic accompanying the economic crisis, production could have seen even higher growth rates.
