Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski was crowned the Best Sports Personality in Poland for 2020. He surpassed Iga Swiatek, the winner of the previous year's French Open, and Camille Stoch, who secured his thirty-ninth title in the Ski World Cup on Sunday.
Lewandowski won the award in 2020 after also being named the Best Player in the World and the Best Player in Europe. He led Bayern Munich to five titles in 2020, including the Bundesliga, Champions League, DFB-Pokal, German Supercup, and UEFA Supercup. Notably, this is the second time Lewandowski has received the Best Personality award in Poland, which is presented by the most popular sports newspaper in the country, "Przegląd Sportowy."
