The Minister of Public Works and Transport in the caretaker government, Ali Hamieh, tweeted: "For the sake of aviation training institutes with distinguished and high expertise, and in order to prevent the recurrence of recent aviation accidents, and to ensure that they become a destination for individuals and all airlines in a safe manner, directives have been issued containing new rules and regulations for licensing these institutes that adhere to the highest required international standards."
