France has issued an international arrest warrant for former automotive industry tycoon Carlos Ghosn, who was arrested in Japan at the end of 2018 and fled under dramatic circumstances, according to prosecutors who spoke to AFP on Friday. The warrant pertains to over 15 million euros in suspicious payments between the Renault-Nissan alliance, which Ghosn led, and an Omani company named Suhail Bahwan Automobiles, the prosecutors in Nanterre, Paris, clarified to AFP.
