The Japanese Ministry of Health stated today, Sunday, that a new strain of the "COVID-19" coronavirus has been identified in four travelers arriving from Brazil. Takaji Wakita, the head of the National Institute of Infectious Diseases, noted that the new strain differs from the two strains first discovered in Britain and South Africa.
