China Imposes New Restrictions on Bloggers

CNBC reported that Chinese authorities have prohibited bloggers without scientific specialties from discussing medical and legal topics. The Chinese National Radio and Television Administration stated that for content requiring a "higher professional level," bloggers must be qualified and provide documentation confirming their qualifications to websites and online platforms. Only in this case can they talk about these subjects.
