Klopp's Comment on Salah and Mane Facing Each Other in the Africa Cup of Nations Final

German coach Jürgen Klopp commented on his Liverpool stars, Egyptian Mohamed Salah and Senegalese Sadio Mane, reaching the final match of the Africa Cup of Nations. In a press conference on Friday, the German coach confirmed that he has been closely following the tournament to monitor Liverpool's stars participating in it, namely Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, and Guinean Naby Keita.

Klopp stated, "The tournament has been a great achievement for Salah and Mane. It will be an exciting final on Sunday. One of them will be very happy, and the other will not be happy. Both have the chance to achieve something great."

Klopp surprised the audience with his remark regarding the timeline for Mane and Salah's return to play for Liverpool, suggesting a date that is not far off from the Africa Cup of Nations final. He said, "I believe they will be ready to play the match against Leicester City next Thursday. The winner will travel first to their country to celebrate with the fans, then return on Tuesday or Wednesday."

Liverpool is set to face Leicester City in the Premier League four days after the final, which is a very short period for recovery and rest following this marathon tournament.
