Psychologist and trainer at a family education center in Moscow, Dr. Anna Shtiff, announced that the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome include apathy, headaches, and muscle spasms. She stated, "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome has a huge impact on a person's health and their lifestyle and quality of life. Due to this condition, the body is in a constant state of exhaustion, leading to a decrease in physical and mental activity." She added, "A person can suffer from this condition for several years, even after taking a long vacation. This condition provokes various feelings in the affected individual, including feelings of injustice, anger, and irritation."

According to her, there are certain symptoms that require immediate consultation with a specialist. She continued, "The symptoms indicative of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome include recurrent headaches, dizziness, apathy, episodes of rapid heartbeat, muscle spasms, and pain throughout the body. Severe fatigue leads to decreased efficiency of the immune system, resulting in a higher frequency of colds accompanied by fever and swollen lymph nodes."

She also noted that Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is often accompanied by insomnia and a sharp decline in psychological and emotional well-being, leading to depression and frequent episodes of unjustified anger as well as a noticeable decrease in cognitive abilities.

Dr. Shtiff advised that upon the appearance of such symptoms, attention should be paid to diet, physical activity should be initiated, rest periods should be taken during work, and time should be spent in nature, and it is essential to consult a specialist doctor.
