Statement from "Touch" and "Alpha" on Payment in National Currency for Fixed Line Subscribers

Statement from

A joint statement was issued by "Touch" and "Alpha": "The companies Touch and Alpha have received complaints from subscribers with fixed mobile lines stating that some banks are requiring them to pay their bills in US dollars, while their transaction is supposed to be in the national currency. This is considered a violation of the payment mechanism implemented in the new tariff, which is based on payment in lira according to the Sayrafa platform rate. Under this transaction, subscribers settle their dues through bank transfer. Alpha and Touch request subscribers to reach out to them in any similar situation, and they will take the necessary measures with the banks."
