Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is planning to hold phone conversations with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to discuss steps that can be taken regarding the grain corridor in the Black Sea. Erdogan stated, "There is a war between Ukraine and Russia, and we know that agricultural products come from these countries at a high level. At this stage, we have no problems with this; we have 5 million tons of wheat in our warehouses, but we want to increase these quantities." He added, "We will participate in efforts to create a safe corridor for sending agricultural products not only for ourselves but also for third countries. Negotiations are ongoing; next week we will discuss the steps that can be taken with Zelensky and Putin."
