He added: "I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family of the victim and hope they exercise restraint, while I also call on the concerned authorities to surrender the killer to preserve bloodshed and avoid the worst. I have contacted the head of intelligence, and he kindly informed me that he is closely monitoring the situation, and we hope the security forces fulfill their duties completely."
