Touch issued a statement denying the information circulating on social media regarding the recharge cards, specifically the $4.5 card. Messages are being shared alerting customers "not to recharge their lines with the $4.5 card under the pretext that it will cancel their line's validity which extends to one year," which Touch denies. The new monthly recharge card benefits holders of prepaid Magic lines and data lines of both types, data only and broadband residential. Once recharged, it will grant customers a credit of $4.5 along with a validity of 30 days. Finally, Touch affirms that all information customers wish to inquire about is available on its website www.touch.com.lb and the mobile app. Additionally, they can contact the company through the call center at 111 or through live chat, as well as the SMS messages sent directly from the company and the official data published across various media outlets.
