Hala Maqbal, the granddaughter of the artist Adel Emam, revealed her grandfather's reaction when he saw videos of her imitating a scene from the play "School of Misfits" on social media. She said during her appearance on the program "ET بالعربي": "When Grandpa saw the videos of me imitating him during a scene from 'School of Misfits,' he laughed and was very pleased."
She also shared how her grandfather treats her and his other grandchildren, confirming that he encourages them all to pursue their hobbies and motivates them a lot. Hala mentioned that her favorite works of her grandfather are the series "Sahib el Saada," "Awalem Khafiya," and the movie "Morjan Ahmed Morjan."
Regarding the reason she deleted the video after it went viral, Hala stated: "I'm too young to be insulted, and that's why I deleted the video. The same people who insulted me wouldn't stay silent if someone insulted their children in the street."
It is noteworthy that the last cinematic work of the legendary actor was the film "Zahimer," released in 2010, while his latest television work was the series "Valentino," which aired during Ramadan in 2020 and was directed by his son Rami Emam.
