Brazilian President: I Know How the Conflict in Ukraine Can Be Resolved and I Will Offer a Solution

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro announced his intention to present his vision for resolving the conflict in Ukraine to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Bolsonaro stated in a comment to CNN Brazil: "I will offer my opinion and propose a solution to this situation. I know how it can be resolved, but I won't discuss it beforehand." The Brazilian president recalled the conflict between Britain and Argentina over the Falkland Islands in 1982, adding: "We regret, and the truth can be painful at times, but it is necessary to acknowledge it." Bolsonaro had previously announced that he would have a phone call with Zelensky on July 18.
