Lebanese actor Bassam Moughniyah expressed his anger towards the program "Saru Miye," which airs on MTV, hosted by journalist Nabila Awad and produced by executive producer Jean Nakhoul.
The artist stated on his social media account: "After 25 years of many successes in the world of acting, I was either intentionally or accidentally omitted from the episode of 'Saru Miye,' except for a shy appearance. By the way, the series 'Koll Al Hob Koll Al Gharam' did not bring me back after my absence because I did not disappear but was quiet and for a long time. Anyway, the episode is important as it brought back beautiful memories." Lebanese actor Aleko Dawood commented on Bassam's post saying: "With major mistakes, wrong names, failures, and neglect of significant works (Samra, Tareeq, Tango, etc.), and the first sitcom in Lebanon was 'Beit Khalty' and nothing else. This kind of episode needs more than this. Better preparation is needed; in any case, good luck to them."
Additionally, Moughniyah clarified that he does not like some posts on social media and humorously commented on this subject on his social media account, saying: "One of the biggest difficulties we face on social media is that you can't stretch your leg from the screen and smack the poster in the middle of his face." It is noteworthy that Bassam had previously stated that the affliction we see in our lives is created by humans, adding: "All this affliction is made by humans; God does not hate us that much; we created tools that lead to death. I have become convinced that most of the death is our creation as humans; God loves us."
