The artist Kamelia Ward revealed that reconciliation actually took place between her and Ahlam. Kamelia stated, "Life is short, and we are human; we make mistakes and grow, and our minds learn to distinguish right from wrong."
She expressed her hesitance to initiate the reconciliation but aimed to make it a heartfelt and genuine gesture, especially with the help of Rawan Al-Olayan and Farah Youssef, which made her more enthusiastic. She added, "Although the idea had crossed my mind, I was unaware of how the reaction would be. I did it from my heart, and I did not expect a response or anything else."
Kamelia mentioned, "Ahlam's reaction was heartwarming; she is a wonderful person. I have known before that she is kind despite our issues together, and thank God we have reconciled." Kamelia congratulated Ahlam on her album "Fadouh Ouyounak," noting that it contains a significant amount of creativity, art, and great production, stating that she deserves all the success as she is a prominent figure in Arab art.
She continued, "I personally apologized to her even though I felt wronged in the 'Arab Idol' program, and I still stand by my position. However, I realized that my response was a mistake, and over the years I learned it was wrong to deal and respond in that way." Kamelia also thanked Ahlam for her big heart, saying, "She knows how much I love her, and I know she loves me back. I dedicate to her the song 'Ya Za'al,' just as she dedicated to me the song 'Aiyouni Bas.'"
In conclusion, Kamelia sang a part of Ahlam's song "Hazeen," from her latest album "Fadouh Ouyounak," in her own voice.
