Emirati artist Ahlam celebrated her birthday today, Saturday, receiving congratulations from her fans on social media.
Mubarak Al-Hajri, Ahlam's husband, made it a point to gift her with her new song "No Blessing in Absence" on this special day, explaining that the lyrics of the song reflect his feelings towards her. In a tweet, Mubarak Al-Hajri wrote: "Happy birthday to the love on Love Day, happy success day to you, and happy life to you, my dear. I gift you this song that expresses my feelings."
Ahlam responded to her husband's wishes by saying: "My life and my soul, you are my beloved. May God not separate us, and may we spend our lives together, protecting our children and loved ones, God willing. Indeed, the song 'No Blessing in Absence' is a gift just for you."
It is noteworthy that the song "No Blessing in Absence," written by poet Abdulrahman Al-Othman, composed by Ahmed Al-Hormi, arranged by Sirous, and mixed by Jassem Mohamed, is one of Ahlam's latest songs released in her new album. The album received remarkable echoes, and Ahlam expressed her happiness at it achieving global recognition as the first Arab female artist to do so before its release on YouTube and the iTunes app. She pointed out that this was made possible by her fans' love and support, writing on her Instagram account: "The only Arab artist whose album topped the charts before its release on iTunes and YouTube, thank God for compensating our hard work with goodness. Thank you all for your support and love. I always say you are the crown of my head, and your love is great. The success, God willing, will continue, and expect CD2 soon."
The new album consists of several songs, including "Fadwa Oyounak, Oyouni Bas, Hazeen, Zawba'a, Ya Adami Hass, Daftar wa Mamha, Allah Yarhamuh Tashraq al-Shams wa Tughayb, Dam'a Zarqa, Sir Ma'alin, Al-Furqa, Khawatri Dayiq, Ibn Al-Turab, and Ma Sa'alt Illa 'Alek."
