This statement came during President El-Sisi's meeting yesterday with Ronald Lauder, president of the World Jewish Congress, in the presence of Abbas Kamel, head of the General Intelligence Service. The official spokesperson for the presidency, Ambassador Bassam Rady, stated that the meeting addressed several topics within the framework of Egyptian-American relations, as well as the peace process in the Middle East and various issues related to combating extremist thought.
Lauder praised the strong ties between Egypt and the United States, expressing his appreciation for Egypt's pivotal role as a cornerstone of security and stability in the Middle East and Africa.
