British Intelligence Report Reveals Situation in Ukraine

British military intelligence reported that Russian forces have made little progress in their advance toward the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, over the past three days, adding that the cities of Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Mariupol remain in Ukrainian hands. The British Ministry of Defense stated in a report: "The bulk of the Russian convoy moving toward Kyiv is still more than 30 kilometers from the city center, having been hindered by fierce Ukrainian resistance and mechanical failures." The report continued: "The convoy has made little progress over the past three days, and despite heavy Russian shelling, the cities of Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Mariupol remain in Ukrainian hands." It added: "Some Russian troops have entered the city of Kherson, but the military situation remains unclear." The report concluded: "The Russian Ministry of Defense has been forced to admit that 498 Russian soldiers have been killed and 1,597 injured in Putin's war. The actual number of dead and injured will undoubtedly be much higher and will continue to rise."
