The Saudi newspaper "Al-Youm" reported on Monday that the "Riyadh Season" has achieved 4 unprecedented records in the Guinness World Records. The newspaper mentioned that these records were accomplished at a rate of one record per month since its launch, while the events have taken place over a period of less than 4 months, through a variety of entertainment activities including games, exhibitions, and musical performances.
Among the records, 100 songs were recorded using hologram technology. At the Riyadh Car Show, the season set a world record in the Guinness World Records by showcasing the largest model of a Formula 1 car made from Lego pieces, utilizing half a million Lego bricks. The construction of the model took about a week, and the assembly was carried out by certified experts from Lego. Representatives from Guinness monitored the assembly process via live broadcast to document and officially validate the achievement of a new world record for the largest model of its kind globally.
In the realm of games, the giant slide in "Boulevard Riyadh City" achieved two world records in the global encyclopedia, as it is considered the longest in the world and boasts the most unique tracks in the gaming sector. The slide reaches a height of 22.136 meters at its highest point, with an estimated length of about 117 meters and a width of 56.5 meters, while the number of its tracks totals 24, with varying designs including straight and wavy winding paths, allowing both adults and children to enjoy the experience.
