Kuwaiti media personality Mai Al-Eidan posted a picture of the Egyptian artist Ali Hamida on her personal account on the social media platform Instagram. She requested prayers for him.
Al-Eidan commented on the photo saying: "Pray for the recovery of artist Ali Hamida. May God heal every sick person." It is noteworthy that artist Ali Hamida is suffering from kidney dysfunction that has led to health complications and liver fibrosis. He is also experiencing a breathing crisis, and his illness is not related to COVID-19. In another context, Mai Al-Eidan announced her decision to adopt a Kuwaiti child after she was unable to adopt a Syrian girl. She shared a photo on her page and commented: "From the principle of self-improvement, I will start a new phase and a new chapter in my life that is more peaceful and less noisy, inspired by the principle of the Holy Quran from Surah Al-Imran when God said in His precious book, 'I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed devil, in the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. And if you had been rude in speech and harsh in heart, they would have dispersed from about you,' indeed, Allah calls for kindness of heart, generosity, and good words."
