The Algerian artist Amal Bouchoucha shared the story of her love for her husband, explaining that she felt attracted to him from their first meeting, especially since he did not know her at all, as he lives outside Lebanon and does not follow Lebanese drama.
In television statements, Amal Bouchoucha indicated that her husband's lack of knowledge about such matters at the beginning of their relationship did not disturb her; on the contrary, it increased her admiration for him. During a second interview, she mentioned that she felt he would be her life partner. She added that she sensed this despite his shyness and reluctance to express his feelings, noting that she was not shy with him and took the initiative to express her interest in him.
Amal Bouchoucha talked about her relationship with her only daughter, "Lia," who is three and a half years old. She expressed that Lia does not like to leave home because she is beginning to understand what happens around her, which prompts her to justify everything and explain to her why she is away from home for long periods.
She continued by saying that she explains her work as an artist to her daughter, which allows her to understand why her mother must leave the house, although Lia tries to prevent her from going and stands in front of the door.
Bouchoucha remarked that she tries not to work outside of Lebanon so she does not leave her daughter since she is still young. Sometimes, when she returns home after being away for a long time, she does not speak to her daughter.
It is worth noting that Amal Bouchoucha married Lebanese businessman Walid Awada in 2015 in a grand ceremony in the capital, Beirut, and they welcomed their first daughter, Lia, in 2017.
