Nancy Ajram Remembers

The artist Nancy Ajram shared photos from the music video of her famous song "Ya Salam" on her personal Twitter page to celebrate the 18th anniversary of the song's release. She wrote, "Wow, it's been 18 years! What’s your favorite song from this album?" along with the hashtag "Ya Salam."

Responses flooded in on her tweet from social media users who reminisced about their memories with songs from the famous album, such as "Sihr Oyounak," "Akhasek Ah," and "Ya Salam." Many followers expressed their shock at how quickly the years have passed, with comments like, "We grew up so fast!" Others affirmed that the song "Ya Salam" is the best, stating, "It's amazing on its own... and you were unique in the way you changed your vocal ranges. This album was and still is considered a qualitative leap in music overall."

This marked the first time that Nancy Ajram revisited old memories from her artistic journey. She previously shared memories with her music band during a rehearsal, posting a video from behind the scenes of one of the rehearsals, saying, "Rehearsal days." This video garnered a lot of admiration from her followers on Instagram.

In the video she shared on her personal Instagram page, Nancy Ajram was seen dancing and swaying to the music of her song "Ibn Al Jiran," which she released in February 2013. Notably, she is currently receiving acclaim for her latest song titled "To Beirut, the Woman," based on a poem of the same name by the great poet Nizar Qabbani, composed by Hisham Boulus and arranged by Bassam Rizk.
