The two leaders affirmed that these terrorist acts targeting Saudi Arabia and the UAE will increase the determination and resolve of both countries to continue confronting such aggressive acts of terrorism carried out by forces of evil and terrorism that have wreaked havoc in Yemen, killing the dear Yemeni people and continuing to spread their terrorist actions with the aim of destabilizing the security and stability of the region and in vain, unsuccessful attempts to spread chaos in the area, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA). They also emphasized the necessity for the international community to stand against these flagrant violations of international laws and norms, rejecting and condemning these terrorist crimes that threaten regional and international peace and security. During the call, regional issues and matters of mutual interest were also discussed.
For his part, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation for the sincere sentiments expressed by Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, reaffirming the strong bonds and close ties between the two countries and their brotherly peoples, and their resolve to confront the forces of evil and aggression.
**Death of 3 People in Abu Dhabi**
The police of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi confirmed today the outbreak of a fire, leading to an explosion in three petroleum tankers in the Musaffah ICAD 3 area, near the ADNOC storage tanks, in addition to a minor fire incident in the new construction area at Abu Dhabi International Airport. The fire resulted in the deaths of three people (two Indians and a Pakistani) and the injury of six in the explosion of the fuel tanks in Abu Dhabi, according to the Emirates News Agency (WAM). Initial investigations indicated the detection of small flying objects likely belonging to drones that may have caused the explosion and fire. For their part, the Houthi militias claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack, according to a Reuters report citing a spokesperson.
