When a citizen approached him, he realized that the person talking on the phone was a man, not a woman as it appeared. The citizen stopped and tried to talk to him to confirm his identity, while other residents gathered around and called the police.
The Director of Dakahlia Security received notification from the Director of Criminal Investigations about a report made to the Dekernes Police Department regarding a person wearing a niqab. Officers from the Dekernes Investigations Department went to the location of the report, apprehended the individual, and took him to the police station for questioning. It became evident that he was stout and tall, dressed in women's clothing. As residents approached him, they confirmed he was a man, raising their suspicions that he might be headed to commit a crime, prompting them to detain him and hand him over to the police.
According to the newspaper "Al-Watan," residents were surprised to see the man wearing a niqab in the Mita Roumi area. One citizen, while walking in the street, heard him speaking on the phone and confirmed from his voice that it was a man's voice. He began to question him and gathered a crowd of residents around him. Upon revealing his face, they discovered he was indeed a man, leading them to inform the police, who arrived promptly and arrested him.
It is noteworthy that the Mita Roumi area in Dekernes recently witnessed the murder of a girl named "Rimas" on April 6th, after she was lured by a black-spectacled blacksmith. The girl suspected that he was blind and requested her help to take him home. However, once they arrived at his house, he turned into a predator and attempted to assault her. She resisted, and he consequently murdered her with a knife. When the incident was discovered, local residents gathered and handed him over to the police, where he confessed to his crime and was referred to the Mansoura Criminal Court for trial.
