To keep cheese fresh for the longest time, cheese bags or paper are the best way to store it. The paper or bag is porous, which protects cheese from exposure to air while allowing it to breathe.
**Avoid Using Plastic Wrap**
Storing cheese in plastic wrap causes it to breathe less, leading to spoilage. Also, when stored in plastic, cheese starts to absorb plastic properties that can be harmful to your health. Therefore, it should be avoided.
**Using Oil to Prevent Mold**
