Lebanese actress Rola Chamia confirmed in her appearance on Al Jadeed channel with journalist Ali Yassin that she has never considered the age difference with her ex-husband to be significant, as they lived a happy life together. Their separation was amicable due to differing opinions on some life matters.
Rola explained that she will not think about adopting a child because it would be unfair to the child given that she is 42 years old; by the time the child turns 20, she would be aging. She mentioned that she experiences motherhood with her sister's children after being deprived of it herself.
She stated that she had many beautiful romantic relationships in her life, some lasting four to five years, but time passed, and those relationships ended without leading to a commitment. In response to a question about her relationship with actor Adel Karam, she said that the misunderstanding has ended. Some tried to fish in troubled waters, but their attempts failed, particularly since she considers him family because their friendship spans about 26 years. Given their nearly constant presence together, many rumors circulated about the nature of their relationship.
Rola added that things have returned to normal between them, noting that when they disagreed, they unfollowed each other on Instagram and forgot to follow each other back after reconciling. She addressed the subject of her name being linked to an indecent film and did not reveal the name of the actress she suspects is involved, stating that nothing in life is worth it: "Whoever did this dirty thing will surely get their due from God; may God protect anyone who harbors ill will toward others."
Rola expressed her annoyance at those who spoke about the distance from her mother, who lived in Egypt after her divorce from her father, affirming that she always communicated with her and visited her regularly. She rejected rumors claiming she did not mourn her upon her passing in April, stating: "That is very ugly."
Additionally, Rola expressed a desire to have an intimate romantic scene with Egyptian artist Asser Yassin, whom she considers a strong man. The artist she loves and describes as her "crush" is Lebanese singer Fares Karam, emphasizing that she really likes his appearance and style.
