Rina Risha Attacks Syrian Director: "Go Treat Yourself"

Rina Risha Attacks Syrian Director:

Syrian actress Rina Risha has broken her silence, expressing her deep frustration with critics of the series "Street Chicago," unleashing her anger on her Facebook page.

Rina Risha clarified that the person who criticized the work recently is someone working in the drama field, cursing him and labeling him a "psychologically ill person," indicating that he and those like him are a disgrace to Syrian art. The actress added, "Damn this profession and the filth it contains, when you are a thief, a manipulative person, and a cheap identity cliché, it’s better to keep quiet and go treat yourself before you develop yourself, then talk. When someone calls a series hedonistic, it means this is the language you understand, in addition to the fact that you haven’t seen a single episode of the series." She concluded by saying, "If the reason is known, the wonder is gone."

According to some followers' speculations, Rina Risha is referring to Syrian director Samir Hassan, who appeared last night in an interview on the "Drama Diaries" platform with journalist Majid Ajlani and spoke about some drama works, where he indeed criticized the series "Street Chicago," describing it as "hedonistic."

In this post, Rina Risha defends her husband, the director of the work, Mohamed Abdel Aziz, who has not yet issued any commentary on the matter, especially since he is not active on social media. It is worth mentioning that "Street Chicago" has achieved significant success despite all the criticisms it faced. The series is written and directed by Mohamed Abdel Aziz and features a selection of Syrian drama stars, including Abbas Nuri, Sulaff Fawakherji, Mahyar Khodour, Shukran Murtaja, Amal Arafa, Jwan Khodor, and Wael Ramadan.
