Syrian actress Sulaf Fawakherji congratulated her only brother, Ashraf Fawakherji, on his birthday through her social media pages.

The Syrian artist shared on her Instagram page an archival photo with her brother, along with a current picture. Sulaf Fawakherji captioned the photos: "Every year you are my soulmate, my support, and my peace of mind, my brother Ashraf Abou Al-Sham." She received congratulatory messages from her fans and colleagues in the artistic and media fields.

In the same spirit, Sulaf Fawakherji had also sent an emotional message to her father, film critic Mohammad Fawakherji, sharing a collection of photos with him on Facebook. She wrote: "From when I was little, whenever I was tired, I found comfort in your embrace, and whenever I was lost, you gathered me. Whenever I stumbled, I sought refuge in your heart, and whenever I searched for myself, I found myself with you. I have grown up, Dad, and I have become a mother, yet you still don't believe I have grown."

She concluded with: "But can I tell you something? Don't believe me if I protest and tell you I'm not a child. Don't tell me this or that; just between you and me, I love to stay in front of you, that little girl, and you are still the big one, and you will always be the biggest person in the universe."

The artist's fans and colleagues expressed their love for her and admired her sincere feelings, including artists Sahar Al-Jazairi, Yaman Al-Hajli, Rabea Al-Zayaat, Mohayar Khodour, Amer Ali, Nadine Salama, and many others.

On the artistic front, Sulaf Fawakherji is currently starring in the series "Al-Kandoush," written by artist Hossam Tahseen Beik, directed by Samir Hussein, and produced by "M.B. Production." She expressed her great admiration for the script during one of her interviews and thanked the writer for bringing the true image of Damascus back, as she described it.
