Ministry of Finance: The Draft Decree for the Assignment of the Courts of Cassation Has Been Withdrawn for About a Month

A statement from the media office of the Ministry of Finance said: "In order to uphold the complete truth, the media office of the Ministry of Finance wants to clarify that the draft decree for the assignment of the Courts of Cassation was withdrawn about a month ago from the Ministry of Finance based on a letter from the Ministry of Justice to refer it to the relevant judicial authorities for correcting the existing deficiencies. This was done with the involvement of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. Therefore, clarification is necessary."
