Member of the "Democratic Gathering," Deputy Raji Al-Saad, indicated that "the presidential entitlement has become practically postponed to the new year," expecting some amendments to the dialogue approach and "transforming it into bilateral meetings to ensure the participation of all parliamentary blocs."
