The Ministry of Finance announced in a statement that it has transferred to the Central Bank all amounts designated as salaries (2) for the month of October for military personnel and public sector employees, excluding those whose departments have not submitted their respective tables to date. It also transferred similar amounts as pensions for retired military and civilian personnel. The statement added, "Beneficiaries are expected to receive their respective salaries and pensions starting tomorrow, Friday, December 16, 2022."
